User: Any individual or entity using ZaffanPay Services.
P2P Trading: Buying or selling cryptocurrency directly with other users via our platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements and are not prohibited by applicable laws from using cryptocurrency services.

4. Services Offered

• Gas Fee Payments: We facilitate instant blockchain gas fee payments.
• P2P Crypto Trading: We enable users to buy and sell USDT and other supported cryptocurrencies through our secure platform.

We act as a facilitator for P2P transactions and are not a direct counterparty to trades between users.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete account information.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding cryptocurrency use.
• Ensure that all funds used are from legitimate sources.
• Avoid any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.

6. Fees & Payment Terms

We may charge service fees for transactions. All fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction. By proceeding, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any unlawful activity.
• Conduct scams, chargebacks, or fraudulent disputes.

For disputes, you agree to first contact our support team for resolution. If unresolved, disputes will be handled under the laws of Nigeria, using arbitration or small claims court as applicable.

ZaffanPay is not responsible for:

• Losses caused by market volatility.
• Delays due to blockchain network congestion.
• Errors caused by user negligence (e.g., wrong wallet address).

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We handle your data according to our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices.
